Contraindications

Untreated pneumothorax
Hemoptysis of unknown origin
Recent facial/skull surgery or trauma

Relative Contraindications

Nausea/vomiting or aspiration risk
Severe bronchospasm
Severe bullous lung disease (barotrauma risk)
